When will I hear back if my abstract was accepted?
We will inform applicants about accepted papers on August 06, 2019.
Are travel bursaries provided?
No travel bursaries will be provided to participants. In some cases, the participation fee for presenters will be waived based on economic hardship.
What fees must I pay if my paper is accepted?
Early career researchers who are faculty members must pay:
- 180 EUR for applicants from Hard Currency Countries
- 100 EUR for applicants from Soft Currency Countries
PhD students must pay:
- 90 EUR for applicants from Hard Currency Countries
- 50 EUR for applicants from Soft Currency Countries
Do I need to register to attend the conference?
